Academy Manager
Abdalla Harb is an avid football fan and a former player. Mr. Harb has played football leisurely in city leagues, "A" division, in Phoenix, Arizona, U.S.A. Mr. Harb is a professional computer engineering executive by training with over 21 years of experience holding progressively high leadership positions and serving as the Vice President of Engineering at several high technology organizations in the U.S.A.
Mr. Harb is responsible for all organizational and multi-media activities at the David Nakhid International Football Academy.
Coaches
Our crew of professionals include the following coaches:
- Mr. Nabih Jurdi, Coach and a former player. Mr. Jurdi played for the Safa, Al Mabarrah, Shabab, and Olympic clubs. He played several positions including right midfield and defense. He is a 3-time Al Manar festival winner.
- Mr. Wissam Kenj, Coach and the current Goal keeper of the Racing Club. Mr. Kenj has been a member of the Ansar and the Al Mabarrah clubs. Mr. Kenj is the recipient of several distinctive awards including the Lebanese championship with the Ansar club (7 times), Lebanon Trophy (5 times), All Star Trophy (4 times), Super Trophy (twice), Omar Mokhtar Arabic Championship (3 times), and the Hariri Trophy.
- Mr. Hussein Hammoud, Coach and a former player of the Al Mabarrah club (6 years) and Al Nejmeh (3 years). Mr. Hammoud has also coached Al Mabarrah for 1 year. His easy going style makes him a favorite with the students.
- Mr. Alaa Haidar, who is responsible for our U 7's He is a former 1st division player for Al-Mabarrah and Safa, and he is an up and coming Coach, very diligent and amiable in his approach. His patience and good humor makes him ideal for Coaching this age group. He is currently pursuing his Coaching licenses in order to take his craft to a higher level.
- Mr. Khalil Hammoudi, Coach and a former player of the Nejmeh, Al Mabarrah, and the Lebanese National team. He was an excellent midfield player who has turned to the Coaching since the end of his playing career, and is an outstanding communicator with the kids because of his easy and soft spoken style.
- Mr. Peter Prosper, Coach Peter is simply one of the most famous players to have played in Lebanon and an ex-international for Trinidad and Tobago. He won the Goal scoring title with Al-Ansar no less than 3 times, in addition to winning several Championship and FA cup trophies. He begins his Coaching career with our Academy, and has already taken his D license. He will soon be taking his "C" and "B" license. His wealth of experience will certainly be an asset to our Coaching staff.
- Coach's Assistant Ziad, Coach Ziad is assisting coach Peter and has the potential of being a top professional coach in the future. Our Academy will surely provide him with the experience necessary to achieve his coaching goals starting with earning his coaching license.
